About this work.
Most of what comes through the Stalybridge workshop is domestic: three-piece suites and corner sofas, wingbacks and riser recliners, matched dining chair sets, headboards and loose cushions. The photos below are finished pieces, some shown back in the customer's home, so you can judge shape, pattern placement and finish rather than a fabric swatch on its own.
Three have a full write-up. The riser recliner was stripped, its mechanism kept and serviced, and recovered in a floral body fabric with plain footrest panels. The dining set was recovered in black Supremo fabric so every chair matched. The wingback was covered in a customer's late father's Greater Manchester Police uniforms. If your piece is close to one of these, a photo and a rough size is enough for a first price, quoted plus fabric and confirmed in writing.
