Caravan cushion set recover

Caravan cushion work is part upholstery, part geometry. The pieces have to look good, but they also have to fit back into a shaped interior without fighting the corners, back cushions or bed conversion. This is core caravan cushion replacement work within our caravan, motorhome and campervan service.

For this cushion set we worked from the existing pieces, checking which foam was still usable and which cushions needed replacing. Where the foam had lost its shape, we cut new sections to keep the finished seats level and comfortable – the same foam replacement and cut-to-size approach we use on fixed seating and domestic recoveries.

The covers were made with practical seam placement, concealed zips and enough structure to hold the cushion shape when the van was in use. On caravan work, we steer customers toward fabrics that make sense for storage, pets, children, damp coats and repeated cleaning.
