Service
Caravan cushion replacement
Caravan, motorhome and campervan cushions recovered or replaced, with foam, fabric, zips and awkward cushion shapes quoted from photos, measurements or templates.

Advice first
We tell you what is worth doing before you spend on fabric or repair work.
Quoted clearly
Photos, sizes and fabric choices become a written price, not a vague estimate.
Built properly
Frames, foam, stitching and finish are checked so the work lasts in daily use.
In scope
What we cover.
- Full cushion sets, fixed seating, bed-conversion cushions and scatter cushions
- New foam cut to shape where the old cushion has collapsed
- Hard-wearing, wipe-clean and pet-friendly fabric options
- Concealed zips, piping and reinforced seams where needed
- Work quoted from existing cushions, dimensions or paper templates
Caravan cushions need to be comfortable, but they also need to keep their shape in a compact interior. Corners, bed conversions and fixed seating all make the fit more important than on a normal loose cushion.
We can recover existing cushions, replace failed foam, or make covers from templates where the original shape is awkward. If the old cushion still fits well, it is usually the best pattern. If it has gone flat or bowed, we will recommend new foam before cutting the cover.
Fabric choice matters. Many customers want something that looks softer than vinyl but can still handle damp coats, dogs, children and repeated cleaning. We will steer you toward fabrics that suit how the van is used rather than just what looks good on a swatch.
For a useful quote, send photos of every cushion, the vehicle type, rough measurements and whether you want new foam. We can usually give a starting price before you bring anything in.

Working with us
How it works.
- 1
Send cushion photos
Photograph each cushion top-down and include rough width, depth and thickness. Existing cushions are the best template.
- 2
Check foam and fabric
We tell you which foam can be reused and where replacement foam will give a better result.
- 3
Make the covers
Covers are cut to shape, sewn with practical zip placement and finished for regular use.
- 4
Collect or refit
Most cushion sets can be collected from the workshop. Larger interiors can be discussed before booking.
Frequently asked
Common questions about this service.
- How long does reupholstery take?
- Most domestic projects take two to four weeks from collection to delivery. Caravans usually run two to three weeks. Single dining chairs are often back within a week. We agree the timeline up front and stick to it.
- Can I choose any fabric or leather?
- You can choose from hundreds of fabrics and leathers in our Stalybridge showroom — Cristina Marrone, Rosemount Fabrics, Ross Fabrics, Sunbury Designs, Warwick, Wemyss, Agua, Futura Leathers, Crest Leather, Nene Valley Leathers and more — priced from about £15 per metre to around £120 per metre.
- Can I supply my own fabric?
- Yes. We're happy to use customer-supplied fabric. We'll calculate the exact metreage you need before you order — including pattern repeats — so you don't end up short. Note: we can't warrant fabric durability on covers we haven't supplied.
- What guarantee do you offer?
- Workmanship is guaranteed, with a two-year craftsmanship guarantee on production and contract work. Fabric durability is governed by the supplier's own rub-test rating; we'll explain that when you choose.
- Do you upholster caravans, motorhomes and campervans?
- Yes. Cushion sets, mattress covers, fixed bench seating, knee lifts, handmade buttons, rock-and-roll beds, buddy seats. We cut foam to shape and use durable, wipe-clean fabrics where needed.
