Looks are a guide to help you choose (not a guarantee of exact fabric match). Final finish is confirmed in the quote. Rough measurements matter so the price is useful -- even approximate seat width / height is fine to start.

For homes, we use around £30 per metre as a guide price for fabric. About half of homeowners choose something between £25 and £30 per metre; ranges run from £15 to around £120. Fabric and VAT are added to the labour figures shown on the site. For commercial work, fabric is specified to brief and quoted from your project details.
